Senior engineering manager with deep IC chops — I still ship code as readily as I grow teams. I co-founded jumpingMinds in 2018 and grew it into India's largest mental-health community, scaling past 3M users by 2024.

Currently leading platform engineering at Slice, where the lending product serves 10M+ users daily across one of India's fastest-growing fintechs. Alongside that, I'm building ai-sdlc, an autonomous multi-agent SDLC pipeline with HITL gates calibrated to blast radius.
