Engineering manager with 12 years across backend, mobile, and frontend — the last 7 in management. Three chapters define the career.

At Disney+ Hotstar I built real-time messaging infrastructure that served 50M+ concurrent users at sub-second latency — 250 billion messages during the 2019 IPL season — India's biggest sporting event.

Disney vote of confidence: Three of my most senior colleagues from Hotstar — the India CEO, CTO, and SVP Product — personally backed JumpingMinds AI as investors.

In 2021 I co-founded JumpingMinds AI, a mental health platform. Grew from zero to 1M+ users across India, US, UK, and Scandinavia. Google for Startups Accelerator 2022. Wound down by 2024 end.

Today I lead three squads at Slice (15+ engineers) across payments, merchant banking, and digital lending — and I've shipped four AI systems now live org-wide: an AI oncall bot, an OpEx intelligence reporter, a payments onboarding automation, and a managerial AI toolkit.

What I've Built

A selection of AI-powered products and tools.

ai-sdlc

Engineering teams lose hours to context-switching between review, testing, and merge cycles. I built a multi-agent SDLC platform (BUILDER / TESTER / REVIEWER) with hash-chained audit trails and blast-radius gates that block high-risk changes automatically. The platform manages its own development — every PR ships through the same pipeline it improves.

5× faster PR cycle · ~$3–6/ticket · blast-radius gates

trip-research

Comparing hotel prices across Booking, Airbnb, Expedia, and 3 other platforms meant 6 tabs and 20 minutes of manual work per trip. I built a local-first meta-search engine that scrapes, normalises, and ranks results from all 6 platforms in a single query. Cross-platform price intelligence cuts pre-trip research from 20 minutes to under 2.

career-automation

Manual job-hunting — parsing JDs, tailoring resumes, and tracking applications — consumed hours per week. I built an end-to-end pipeline that sources roles, runs an LLM fit-check against my profile, and generates a tailored resume and cover letter per role. The system cut active application time by ~80% while increasing targeting precision.

ai-finance-tracker

Most personal finance tools require manual categorisation or expensive bank integrations. I built a local pipeline that ingests raw bank-statement CSVs, auto-categorises transactions with an LLM, and produces a monthly narrative summary alongside spend charts. Zero manual entry — all insight, no data-entry overhead.

ai-health-agent

Health data lives in silos — Apple Health exports, sleep-tracker CSVs, and workout logs never talk to each other. I built an aggregation agent that unifies four data sources and surfaces a weekly LLM digest: trends, anomalies, and one actionable recommendation. Single weekly read replaces four disconnected dashboards.

Building an Agentic CI/CD Pipeline: Four Agents, One Human Gate, and What Actually Breaks

Engineering attention is the scarcest resource in any team. ai-sdlc is a four-agent pipeline — BUILDER, TESTER, REVIEWER, CHECKER — that takes a GitHub issue and delivers a reviewed, gated PR in under 15 minutes, for under $4 in AI compute. This is how it works.
